Opinel Multi-Purpose Santoku Knife
This is a well-balanced, all-around kitchen knife. The popular, Japanese "Santoku" style is designed for slicing, dicing, and mincing of vegetables, fruits, and meat. The broad, flat blade also makes it easy to scoop up ingredients to transfer into a pan or bowl. The stainless steel blade is 17cm (6.9in) long and the handle is made from durable and hard Beechwood.
